Jon W. Morphew

Jon W. Morphew is the founding principal of Morphew Law Office, P.L.L.C. and he has over 17 years of experience in many areas of the law.  Mr. Morphew practices primarily in the areas of eminent domain, minimum compensation and relocation benefits law with an emphasis on business/commercial clients.  Mr. Morphew also practices in the area of real estate law, land use, special assessment appeals and litigation.  Mr. Morphew has successfully tried numerous bench and jury trials, commissioners' hearings, administrative appeal hearings and appellate cases.  

 

Mr. Morphew is currently the Vice-President of and on the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Eminent Domain Institute, a Commissioner on the Monticello Economic Development Authority the Vice-President of the NW Suburban Chapter of Business Networking International and a member of the Twin West Chamber of Commerce.  Mr. Morphew is a former Board Member of FiberNet Monticello, a community owned telecommunications company.  Mr. Morphew has also been a contributing author and speaker on several Continuing Legal Education courses on the topics of eminent domain and relocation benefits law.   Mr. Morphew has also been an adjunct instructor of business organizations law and contracts law at St. Cloud Community and Technical College
